Brand Experience Manager | Al Futtaim Automotive | Electric Mobility
Overview of the role:
The purpose of this role is to strengthen and enhance the physical and digital presence of Al-Futtaim company brands through energizing and engaging content and experiences across all touch points including social media, physically owned network of sales and aftersales, experience spaces such as events/ exhibitions /malls and sponsored programs where the brand is presented. This role has the responsibility to ensure the success of customer lifecycle management by developing customer experience insights and implementing initiatives in helping the business increase the overall satisfaction scores and value for the customers.
What you will do:
Brand Experience and Activation
- Plan and implement the annual activation and sponsorship calendar with an aim to increase high quality and engaging presence across all active markets with a key focus on generating additional sales, awareness and aftersales leads as well as improving brand perception through innovative collaborations.
- Work collaboratively across brands’ senior marketing managers and become their inhouse event agency to plan all product launches and events as per the brand standards and customer journey including all internal events and initiatives around electrification.
Become a key influencing company in the Brand category:
o Sponsorship planning and strategy, including execution, maximizing properties.
o Partnership activations with additional partners, bring regional and local presence.
o Social media and supporting PR with activations and projects.
o Brand experience team to bring alive the spirit of the brand through customer/prospect events, sponsorships, activations.
o Relationship with global electrification events and activities.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors engage with a new segment of audience and develop future brand lovers.
- Working with the Al-Futtaim brand company customer experience team ensure smooth customer experience in all facilities, which aligns with business actions with each step of the customer’s purchase consideration and ownership experience. Work together with internal and external partners to conduct mystery shopping across all locations and work on action plans based on the results.
- Successful implementation of the Brand standards:
o Process implementation of standards at every stage, and
o The ability to put those standards into practice at all locations
o Monitoring measurable KPIs at each step under brand standards
- Be the brand experience connection between all locations and the marketing team ensuring monthly visits across all, following a schedule that allows learning and improvement of each site.
