Responsibilities

Manage all contract negotiations, ensuring that all parties are in agreement and that all terms and conditions are met

Draft and review contract agreements, making necessary revisions to protect the interests of the company

Collaborate with legal team to ensure contract compliance and adherence to relevant laws and regulations

Conduct thorough research on legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards

Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on contract-related matters

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contract activities

Monitor and track contract performance and make recommendations for improvement
