We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Home Investigation Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the investigation process for home inspection reports. The Home Investigation Coordinator will work closely with our team of inspectors to ensure all necessary information is collected and analyzed, providing accurate and timely reports to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate and schedule home inspections with clients and inspectors
Collect and review all relevant documentation and records for each inspection
Conduct research on properties and neighborhoods to gather additional information
Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and other relevant parties regarding inspection details and findings
Analyze inspection reports and identify any discrepancies or areas of concern
Coordinate with contractors or specialists for further investigation, if necessary
Prepare comprehensive and accurate reports for clients based on inspection findings
