Head of Retail | Al Futtaim Automotive | Electric Mobility

Overview of the role:

The Head of Retail will be responsible for Profit & Loss growth of Electric Mobility brand in the Saudi Arabia through implementation of a consistent and exemplary customer experience in line with the brand and Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility guidelines and customer journey, to deliver on the network performance in new car sales, certified pre-owned vehicle sales, financing and retail after-sales service as well as ensuring stock levels are optimised.


What you will do:   

  • Establish a world-class retail organisation and customer experience by implementing a retail sales strategy and proposition that leads to improvements in overall retail performance, customer loyalty and profit growth
  • Drive the successful financial performance and customer satisfaction for retail via shared accountabilities with the Al-Futtaim Automotive and Emerging Electric Mobility Brand teams as well as Al-Futtaim financial services
  • Provide Electric Mobility retail customers with an outstanding end-to-end customer journey according to the brand and Al-Futtaim guidelines and ensure the Retail team deliver a consistent retail experience through physical and digital channels
  • Support and coordinate the development and implementation the Electric Mobility automotive brand digital experience (including e-commerce) 
  • Drive revenue and profit to achieve the budgeted target on net sales, gross margins, and net profit for the entire retail business in Electric Mobility including sales, service and parts ensuring stock levels are optimized
  • Manage Electric Mobility brand specific Sales & Aftersales financial budgetary goals and forecasts
  • Lead on penetration of service & extended warranty plans
  • Drive a talent development system that creates retail professionals who are recruited correctly, developed, coached and engaged through performance management, learning, development and succession planning
  • Drive performance of retail team through measurable Key Performance Indicators
