Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performed a variety of administrative duties, including answering phones, taking and delivering messages and writing memos, making copies, faxing documents, and greeting visitors.
  • Handle office correspondence and incoming and outgoing mail, reports, documents, arranging appointments etc. for Personnel Officers.
  • Maintained office schedules and filing systems, record, and file correspondence.
  • Undertake administrative projects related to the efficient running of the Department.
  • Maintains and files confidential records, such as employee record, contract negotiations, and any notes and data related to those files.
  • Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee's knowledge, skills and abilities.
