Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer service strategies and processes.
Identify areas for improvement in the customer experience journey and develop action plans to address them.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and insights for enhancing customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain customer service guidelines and ensure their consistent application across the organization.
Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to management.
Act as a point of contact for escalated customer complaints and ensure they are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
Conduct regular training sessions for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
