As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our HR department. You will be responsible for handling various HR functions and providing support to managers and employees. Provide support in managing recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Administer and process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring that all required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Serve as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and assistance on HR-related matters.
Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
