As a Vehicle and Equipment Diagnostic Technician, your expertise plays a pivotal role in the accurate advanced diagnosis and effective complex repairs on a range of vehicles, machinery, and equipment. By doing so, you ensure complete customer satisfaction while upholding relevant quality and safety standards.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct precise advanced diagnostics to troubleshoot and identify faults, followed by the execution of effective repairs on various vehicles, machinery, and equipment. This contributes to a high "first-time fix" ratio and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Commission and deliver machines, providing machine familiarization to clients and generating commissioning reports.
• Overhaul engines, chassis, and transmission/driveline components, ensuring a "first-time fix" that meets customer expectations.
• Perform air conditioning repairs and periodic maintenance to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Safely operate lifts, tools, and related workshop equipment to maintain a secure and efficient working environment.
• Engage in computer-based self-learning and instructor-led training to continually expand your product awareness, as reflected in training reports.
• Drive vehicles safely within the workshop premises, adhering to workshop health and safety regulations, ISO standards, and company policies and procedures.
