Provide professional support in the delivery of the training process and provide support and motivation for the training program participants to successfully complete the assigned courses. Ensure the T&D activities on the academic, technical, industrial skills and abilities have been provided through a correct learning opportunity and delivered as per business objectives. Conduct follow-up on the performance of external training providers and coordinate with the internal/external trainers to ensure the quality of the provided training course.
