Description Lead the Sales & Commercial Management teams in the country.Preparation of the annual budget and Business plans for the country.Manage business performance of Saudi Arabia.Plan, develop, implement strategies, and tactics for generating revenue and resource optimisation.Ensure implementation of the Company Policies and Values across all marketsEnsure commercial strategies are in place.Ensure cross functional collaboration with marketing, regulatory, finance, medical and relevant stakeholders.Responsible for attracting, recruitment and retention of talent in Management level roles.Ensure effective tools, mechanisms are provided to the team to track and develop individual performance and potential in order to meet business objectives.Act with Integrity.
Profile Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or its equivalence.Holding an MBA is an advantage.Minimum 15 years of sales/business experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.Minimum 5 years of Management experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Strategic roles.Experience in managing P&L, launching new products, and managing product life cycle.Experience in market access, government affairs is an advantage.Knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market is required.Strong Communication skills to persuade managers and leaders to take action and negotiates with external partners, vendors, and customers.Demonstrated team player/dedicated to building a team culture that values, recognizes, and generates high performance, supports innovation, and challenges the status quoStrong analytical, conceptual, and planning skills.Strong change agility and ability to drive change within the organization.Self-challenging and motivating personality.Able to work independently and the ability to manage products and teams over a large geographical area.Growth mindsetAbility to develop strategic direction for the product portfolio and the market.Ability to develop creative solutions for the implementation of market plans.Ability to identify and capture sales opportunities.Performance Management capability- comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, sales performance indicators and core marketing principles.Strong interpersonal skills with people management - motivation, coaching and development.Commercially astute with strong business acumenStrong problem solving and process management skills.Negotiation and influencing skills - internal and external.
