Description
Job Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Director for Cultural Tangible & Non Tangible Assets, you will be responsible for:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to position Saudi cultural assets as must-visit destinations.Lead the creation of calendar of events, festival, and innovative programs.
Function Building
Program Curation: Oversee the development and execution of engaging cultural and heritage programs, including exhibitions and events that align with the company's vision.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, cultural institutions, and local communities.Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with the broader business objectives.
Brand Development: Lead efforts in brand development, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative that resonates with the target audience.Implement marketing initiatives that showcase best practice heritage management and contribute to the overall brand image.
Awareness and Outreach: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new cultural assets, maximizing visibility and engagement.Drive initiatives to raise awareness of the developer's commitment to heritage preservation and cultural enrichment.
Profile Saudi NationalMinimum of 10++ years of experience in marketing, with some relevant focus on destination marketing, cultural events, and heritage management is a must. Proven experience in building and leading teams.Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated success in partnership strategy and stakeholder engagement.
