Fleet Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring their safe and efficient operation. You will work closely with our operations team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and manage all repairs and maintenance activities.

As a Fleet Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for managing and training a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring their skills and knowledge are up to date.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in fleet maintenance, with a comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical issues. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are also required, as you will be responsible for managing a team and coordinating with various stakeholders.
