Leasing Supervisor

We are currently seeking a qualified Leasing Supervisor to join our team. As a Leasing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, managing leasing consultants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing activities.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with property management, marketing, and maintenance teams to ensure high occupancy rates and strong tenant relationships. You will also be responsible for setting leasing targets, implementing leasing strategies, and analyzing market trends to maximize revenue and minimize vacancy rates.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in leasing and be highly skilled in negotiation, communication, and customer service. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of the real estate market are also critical for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of leasing consultants

Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

Supervise the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing

Ensure compliance with leasing policies, procedures, and fair housing regulations

Coordinate with marketing team to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns

Conduct regular property tours and showings for prospective tenants

Oversee lease renewals, rental collections, and rent negotiations with tenants
