Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance & Medical Services Supervisor to join our team. As the Insurance & Medical Services Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the insurance and medical services department, ensuring optimal service delivery and compliance with industry standards.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of insurance and medical services professionals, developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures, and ensuring excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Your strong leadership and analytical skills will be essential in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and medical services, with experience in supervisory or managerial positions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various departments and managing relationships with external partners. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment are also critical for success in this role.


Supervise and lead a team of insurance and medical services professionals, ensuring their performance meets or exceeds department goals

Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of insurance and medical services operations

Oversee the processing of insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements

Collaborate with internal departments to identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction

Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in insurance and medical services regulations, and ensure compliance within the department

Prepare and present reports on department performance and key metrics to senior management
