Financial Accountant, Shuaibah

To review, reconcile and present monthly dashboards as well as Financial statements for multiple plants as well as providing variance analysis reasoning and daily operation accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of General Ledger for multiple entities
• Preparing the Balance Sheet schedules for prepayments and accruals.
• Preparation of variance analysis reports with justifications
• Follow the AP & AR payments with vendor and customer respectively
• Review Petty Cash and Advances to employees and ensure policy compliance and adequacy
• Review Fixed Asset Register on monthly basis.
• Review open Purchase Orders and following up.
• Perform other duties as assigned and day to day operation.

Job Specifications

Educational

Desired          : Bachelor Degree in Commerce

Minimum      : 3-5 years in same functions

Preferable     : 5 years
