The Academic Marketing Manager is responsible for clinical research and academic promotion of IVD solution in Saudi Arabia and GCC region

Description Develops and maintains relationship with prioritized customer (clinical association/board, KOLs and speakers)Cooperation with local expert for academic study and research, clinical laboratory validation for new productCooperation with the R&D team and HQ academic team to lead the academic or clinical research in KSA and other GCC countriesAbility to communicate, negotiate and influence all levels of stakeholders including pathologist, clinician, and top leadership in clinical laboratory/hospital, etc.Deliver and present IVD solution/academic research/clinical experience in marketing events.Develop and maintain KOLs relationship, support academic research and marketing promotion.Support the KSA team to make breakthrough in high end customer groups, and impact the marketing based on our academic research.This position will be focused on targeting relevant hospital-based clinicians in the KSA market and driving clinician awareness and adoption of the laboratory assays when incorporated in clinical strategies.
Profile Bachelor's degree and above in medical technology or clinical laboratory science or biological sciences; related post-graduate degree preferred5+ years of successful product management experience in KSA healthcare marketing role in clinical laboratory diagnostic or IVD medical products, or other relevant experience in the clinical field. Lab and/or clinical experience preferredGreat knowledge and network of the KOLs and medical societies in KSA, experience of cooperation with KOLs for clinical academic research and validation preferredOral and written English communication skills, good presentation stillsOrganizational and project management skills, KSA MOH project or tender experience preferredPossesses working knowledge of marketing regulated clinical laboratory diagnosticsInteracts and presents technical information to audience with various levels of scientific experienceSensitivity to a wide variety of cultures and a willingness to broaden horizons and experience to maximize personal relationships and business results.
