We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manpower Onboarding Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for our external workforce. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for external workforce, ensuring all necessary paperwork and requirements are completed in a timely manner
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and benefits
Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the onboarding process
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling of onboarding activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of onboarding activities, including tracking completion and compliance documentation
Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their assigned roles
Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
