Description Coordinate with various departments to ensure readiness for new employee on boarding.Prepare on boarding schedules and materials for new hires.Arrange orientation sessions and relevant training programsConduct orientations to introduce new hires to the company culture, values, and policies.Provide an overview of the organization's structure, mission, vision, and goals.Guide employees through completion of required paperwork and documentation.
Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in employee on-boarding or related HR functions.Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
