Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy focused on patient acquisition, lead generation, and ROI optimization.Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including PPC, social media advertising, display, and retargeting.Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our website.Collaborate with content and technical teams to optimize website performance.Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and other marketing analytics platforms.Prepare regular reports and present insights to leadership, recommending actionable improvements.

Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and online lead generation.Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and tools.Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a high-performing team.Knowledge of the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
