Job Description



The Quality Director will establish and oversee the quality management system. They will play a crucial role in ensuring that clinics consistently provide high-quality patient care, adhere to regulatory standards, and meet our internal quality benchmarks.

Description




Quality Management System (QMS) Development: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System across all clinics, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.



Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of patient care and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.



Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local and international healthcare regulations, ensuring that all clinics comply with relevant standards and guidelines.



Clinical Audits: Conduct regular clinical audits and assessments to evaluate the performance of dental professionals and clinical staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.



Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for clinic staff on quality assurance and patient safety protocols.



Data Analysis: Analyze data related to patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and clinical performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.



Incident Reporting: Implement and oversee an incident reporting system to capture and address adverse events, near misses, and patient complaints.



Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.



Risk Management: Collaborate with clinic managers and healthcare providers to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to patient safety and quality of care.



Communication: Maintain open communication channels with clinic teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
















Profile


Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare quality management.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.Proven experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to lead and motivate teams towards a culture of quality and patient safety.
