Duties and Responsibilities

The initial investigating and resolving of software application problems from all areas.
Maintain a log of all problems and resolution.
He will be the second line of contact for all OASIS software related problems.
Coordinating all changes by individual departments to the database.
Keeping an up to date log of previous and existing database settings, with details of when changes were made and why they were made.
Ongoing training is provided by the Net Departments although the SYSTEM ANALYST may be involved where they have particular areas of expertise. Currently these are Patient Registration, Order Management and Scheduling. He will be required to provide training for new medical, nursing and clerical staff as appropriate as well as providing refresher training where needed
Implementing new functionality as and when Balsam Company provides software revision updates.
