Supervise and coordinate all quality management system activities during construction and installation phases.
Ensure all work by contractors, subcontractors, vendors, manufacturers, and service providers complies with project specifications, international standards, and contract QA/QC requirements.
Review technical and quality documentation including ITPs and QA/QC procedures.
Ensure approved QA/QC documents are implemented at work sites, including quality plans, control procedures, ITPs, and inspection checklists.
Lead and coordinate QA/QC inspectors at fabrication yards, construction sites, and offshore installations.
Monitor contractor/vendor implementation of quality requirements and address deficiencies.
Oversee daily activities of TPI and contractor/vendor inspection personnel.
Act as focal point for resolving shop/site quality control issues.
Manage and follow up on technical deviations, material substitutions, and changes to inspection/test requirements.
Control and close out non-conformance reports (NCRs), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
Track and report quality statistics and KPIs, including welding repair rates, NDE performance, NCR status, audit findings, and surveillance results.
Ensure proper management of inspection and test records, and compilation of test packs and dossiers/MRBs for final submission.
