Job Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate with FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry experience to join our team. As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of our FMCG operations. This role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, marketing, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  3. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for product development and expansion.
  4. Manage and oversee the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retailers.
