We are looking for a Cashvan Salesman for Dairy & Ice Cream with a Medium Truck License to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. As a Cashvan Salesman, you will be responsible for selling and distributing dairy and ice cream products to our customers.

1. Drive the cashvan to designated locations and ensure all products are properly stored and secured.
2. Deliver dairy and ice cream products to customers in a timely manner.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
4. Take orders from customers and process payments accurately.
5. Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed at customer locations.
6. Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product demand.
8. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
9. Follow all safety and traffic regulations while driving the cashvan.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience in sales, preferably in the dairy and ice cream industry.
2. Valid Medium Truck License issued by the government of Qatar.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
5. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
6. Good knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
7. Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
8. Physical fitness to load and unload products.
9. Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
10. Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints.
