Vega Solutions is looking for highly skilled and creative Senior 3D Designer specializing in exhibition stand design & events environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conceptualizing, designing, and executing exhibition stands for various events and exhibitions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to transform client briefs into compelling and innovative designs. He or She will lead a team of designers and collaborate closely with the account manager, project manager, and production teams to deliver exceptional exhibition stand experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop creative design concepts for exhibition stands that align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and industry trends.
• Critical to decode the tenders received from the clients to develop creative stand at the same time meeting their objectives. 
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings, visualizations, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead the design process from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, account managers, estimation team and production teams to develop comprehensive project plans & technical drawing.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them through the design process and fostering their professional growth.
• Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation and effectiveness.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed to gather requirements, present designs, and provide project updates only if requested by the account managers.
• Coordinate with Project & Production team to understand new materials, furnishings, and other elements required for exhibition stand construction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, venue requirements, and technical specifications throughout the design and build process.
• Stay updated on advancements in 3D design software and tools, continually improving skills and workflows to optimize efficiency and creativity.
• Creating a design element library for future usage
• Consistently update the management on the quarterly, half yearly and yearly performance of the design team. 
• Development of training program in association with international training organization to upgrade self and team technical skills.
