Job Description

We are looking for a Fleet Sales Consultant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Fleet Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and managing the sales process for our fleet customers. This includes identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting our products and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


  1. Identify potential fleet customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with fleet customers, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
  3. Present our products and services to fleet customers, demonstrating their features and benefits.
  4. Negotiate and close sales contracts with fleet customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  5. Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support for fleet customers.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in fleet sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Knowledge of the automotive industry, including fleet management and vehicle leasing, is preferred.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Qatar.
