Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company's workforce needs and goals. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Recruiting Strategies: Create effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent. This includes understanding the needs of each department and the overall business objectives.

  2. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals to find qualified candidates.

  3. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and overall compatibility with the company's needs.

  4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide updates on the recruitment process, and assist in making informed hiring decisions.
