MAIN OBJECTIVE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring the fulfilment of the needs of transportation.
• Carrying out driving duties and transporting staff as per instructions given by the Logistics Officer, within the Governorate and between different Governorates if needed.
• Ensuring security of the vehicle and the staff en route.
• Maintaining full and clear documentation of the vehicle and the duties performed.
• Strictly adhering to AVSI driving rules, regulations, and compliance requirements.

• ضمان تلبية احتياجات النقل.
• أداء مهام القيادة ونقل الموظفين وفقاً لتعليمات مسؤول الخدمات اللوجستية، داخل المحافظة وبين المحافظات المختلفة عند الحاجة.
• ضمان سلامة المركبة والموظفين أثناء التنقل.
• الاحتفاظ بوثائق كاملة وواضحة للمركبة وللمهام المنجزة.
• •  الالتزام التام بقواعد وأنظمة القيادة ومتطلبات الامتثال المعتمدة لدى AVSI. 

VEHICLE TYPE

• Provision of a modern SUV (4x4, double axle), model year 2022 or newer, with a minimum of 5 seats including the driver.
• The service must be inclusive of all costs, including fuel, insurance, and maintenance.
• The vehicle must be available for unlimited daily mileage (KM) from the start point of service, covering staff transportation and movement of work materials to/from AVSI offices.
• The vehicle's odometer must not exceed 80,000 KM at the start of the contract.
• The driver is responsible for obtaining valid Third-Party Insurance, covering the vehicle, driver, and passengers.

• توفير سيارة دفع رباعي حديثة (4×4، بمحورين)، موديل 2022 أو أحدث، بحد أدنى 5 مقاعد بما في ذلك مقعد السائق.
• يجب أن تشمل الخدمة جميع التكاليف، بما في ذلك الوقود والتأمين والصيانة.
• يجب أن تكون المركبة متاحة لمسافة يومية غير محدودة (كم) اعتباراً من نقطة بدء الخدمة، بما يشمل نقل الموظفين ومواد العمل من وإلى مكاتب AVSI.
• يجب ألا يتجاوز عداد المسافة في المركبة 80,000 كم عند بداية العقد.
• يتحمل السائق مسؤولية الحصول على تأمين ساري المفعول ضد الغير، يغطي المركبة والسائق والركاب.

MANDATORY SAFETY EQUIPMENT

The vehicle must be equipped with the following safety items at all times:

• A comprehensive first aid kit.
• A fire extinguisher securely fixed in the vehicle, with an expiry date of no less than 6 months.
• A warning triangle.
• Functional rolling seat belts for all seats.
• Headrests for all seats.
• Lock nuts on each wheel.

معدات السلامة الإلزامية

يجب أن تكون المركبة مجهزة بمعدات السلامة التالية في جميع الأوقات:

• حقيبة إسعافات أولية شاملة.
• طفاية حريق مثبتة بإحكام داخل المركبة، بتاريخ صلاحية لا يقل عن 6 أشهر.
• مثلث تحذيري.
• أحزمة أمان قابلة للسحب وصالحة للعمل لجميع المقاعد.
• مساند رأس لجميع المقاعد.
• صواميل قفل على كل عجلة
