Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. The Technician will work independently and with team members to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, test, and maintain equipment, machinery, or systems.
• Diagnose technical issues and perform timely repairs.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Follow technical manuals, schematics, and safety procedures.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations. 
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, or other departments as needed. 
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and work areas in good condition. 

Required Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or associate degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience). 
• Proven experience as a Technician or similar role. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. 
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry-specific certification or license. 
• Experience with relevant tools, equipment, or software. 
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
