The project will implement activities in two sites, for reaching different levels of care:
The activities will be based in two main pillars:
First pillar: Support and complement Iraq MoH initiative for cervical cancer screening (CCS) plan by a catalytic intervention which will pilot an integrated decentralized model of care to scale-up the access to CCS care and produce information for future primary and secondary prevention policies. The main axis of this pilot CCS model of care will be:
Second pillar: Integrate other relevant services in “integrated services delivery Model”, implementing a “Preventive and screening package of care for women” which will include:
For all the services a referral pathway, using existing services, will be developed and implemented
The implementation will be preceded by a KAP assessment to improve interventions uptake, capitalize the results in a way to promote patients, partners and communities’ engagement for co-design and improve the acceptance and uptake of the services.
AMR basic package of care, AMS will be supported in the two projects sites by capacity building activities and basic material support. Data will be capitalised in the overall AMR strategy for Iraq.
TB activities: MSF OCG will ensure continuity of activities initiated by OCB, maintaining the same level of services in the selected locations (Taji Prison, two PHCCs, and Ibn Albaldi Hospital).
For TB, OCG will adopt a stepwise approach, building on OCB’s activities to establish access to basic TB care services, this step will adapt after 6 months in MYR. This will serve as a foundation for assessing and reviewing the TB strategy, with a focus on decentralizing diagnosis and treatment away from central facilities.

Specific requirements for the role:

Education |
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, or clinical psychology - Desirable: Master’s degree in psychology or clinical psychology

Experience |
- Essential: minimum 2-year experience as (Clinical) psychologist or/and psychotherapist - Desirable previous work experience in MSF or other NGOs in developing countries. |

Languages |
- Essential: Good command of Arabic and Fluency English (minimum B2).

- Essential computer literacy (word, excel, outlook, internet) |
