Trainer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Trainer will be providing 5 days training for group of companies Managers/HRs/Admins.
• Prepare training materials and make sure it adequately covers the objectives of the workshop.
• Gather required training material.
• Train beneficiaries on how to deal with Human rights / ILO standards / Child labor and Iraqi labor law and PSEA.
• Prepare a detailed training program, including a clear methodology and proposed tools. The training must adopt a participatory and interactive approach.

TDH Italy is looking for 12  Trainer 4 in Fallujah, 4 in snuni, and 4 in sumel with following requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Humanitarians, Protection, law, social science, or another relevant field.
• At least five-years’ experience in field of training.
• NGO working as trainer at least one year
• Extensive knowledge on human rights and Labor law, including the debate on the universality of human rights and ILO standards.
• Having TOT in providing trainings and proven related experience in facilitating trainings, workshops, and similar activities.
• A trainer should be a good listener, have the ability to question, clearly explain concepts and give feedback
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and use direct language and deliver a message that is clear, calm, and direct to make sure the message is delivered in best way.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic and Kurdish.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
