Main purpose of the job:

Implement gynaecological and obstetrician procedures, performing any other prior treatment required, during or immediately after a woman has given birth in order to improve women’s reproductive health and to reduce pregnancy, delivery and neonatology risks. This will be done in accordance with MSF policies, protocols and universal hygiene standards and in multidisciplinary collaboration with other medical doctors, midwifes and nurses.

تنفيذ الإجراءات المتعلقة بأمراض النساء والتوليد ، وإجراء أي علاج مسبق آخر مطلوب ، أثناء الولادة أو بعدها مباشرة من أجل تحسين الصحة الإنجابية للمرأة والحد من مخاطر الحمل والولادة وحديثي الولادة و ذلك  وفقًا لسياسات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود وبروتوكولاتها ومعايير النظافة العامة وبالتعاون مع متعدد التخصصات مع الأطباء الآخرين والقابلات والممرضات.

Accountabilities:

• Provide health care to obstetric patients, including prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
• For elective caesareans, the obstetricians on duty must repeat the examination, record findings, and book the patient in the register, not forgetting to issue the required forms (especially informed consent). if the patient loses her documents, in case of an elective, the patient must be seen by gynaecologist and anesthetist again and the document must be taken to OT. In case of emergency the gynae must review the patient and document her findings.
• Ensure the implementation of MSF clinical policies, tools, guidelines and protocols related to gynecology and obstetrics in order to minimize clinical risk and to give best reproductive practices.
• To ensure patients’ files have been properly and completely compiled (good patients files documentation) including doctors’ rounds, consent, and ultrasound documents.
• To assist in collection of data and appropriate use of available MSF tools in collaboration with other medical colleagues to ensure quality of care.
• To work in good collaboration with the other gynecologists, midwives, and nurses, in a respectful environment, towards providing quality maternal care.
• To inform about issues regarding maintenance of the gynecological equipment, pharmacy stock levels, and ensuring rational use of medical equipment.

 

• توفير الرعاية الصحية المتعلقة بأمراض النساء والتوليد للمرضى، بما في ذلك الوقاية والتشخيص والعلاج.

• ضمان تنفيذ سياسات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود السريرية والأدوات والمبادئ التوجيهية والبروتوكولات المتعلقة بأمراض النساء والتوليد من أجل تقليل المخاطر السريرية وتوفير انشطة انجابية أفضل.
• ضمان جمع ملفات المرضى بصورة كاملة ومناسبة (توثيق جيد لملفات المرضى) من ضمنها جولات الأطباء، الموافقات ووثائق السونار
• المساعدة في جمع البيانات وضمان الاستخدام المناسب لأدوات اطباء بلا حدود المتوفرة بالتعاون مع الزملاء الطبيين الاخرين لضمان جودة العناية.
• العمل بالتعاون مع طبيبات النسائية، القابلات والممرضات في بيئة محترمة، من اجل توفير عناية نسائية ذات جودة
• الإبلاغ عن المشاكل المتعلقة بصيانة معدات النسائية، مستوى مخزون الصيدلية، وضمان الاستخدام العقلاني للمعدات الطبية

MSFCH Specific Contextual Accountabilities متطلبات خاصة بالسياق لاطباء بلا حدود:

• Accept and apply MSF principles, values and internal regulations. Apply MSF protocols and adhere to the rules implemented by MSF within Nablus hospital.
• Respect and ensure that Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) measures implemented at Nablus Hospital are followed.
• Keeping a close communication with the patients and/or her relatives, giving accurate information about the patient’s diagnosis, evolution and treatment plan.

 

• قبول وتطبيق مبادئ منظمة أطباء بلا حدود وقيمها ولوائحها الداخلية. تطبيق بروتوكولات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود والالتزام بالقواعد التي تطبقها منظمة أطباء بلا حدود داخل مستشفى نابلس.
• احترام وضمان اتباع إجراءات الوقاية من العدوى ومكافحتها (IPC) المطبقة في مستشفى نابلس
• الحفاظ على اتصال وثيق مع المرضى و / أو أقاربها ، وإعطاء معلومات دقيقة حول تشخيص المريض وتطوره وخطة العلاج
