In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and trading dairy products, including milk, cheese, butter, and other dairy-based commodities

Role & Responsibilities:

• Trading of dairy products to obtain positive trading revenues – target related. Products include Butter, Milk powders (across various grades) and Cheese
• Work closely with logistics and risk team on supply chain management and collection;
• Develop commercial experience in global dairy market;
• Undertake feasibility studies across designated regions and potential markets;
• Introduce network of contacts in the dairy industry;
• Work directly to and collaborate with (Head of Dairy - Dubai) on market strategies, all trade business and new customers;
• Sending weekly market updates;
• Working closely with commercial team based in Dubai to manage credit risk;
• Handle existing clients
