Job Description
- Develop and maintain financial models to assist Nesma & Partners with the evaluation of the financial feasibility, potential returns, and risks associated with investment opportunities and M&A transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investment targets and M&A candidates to thoroughly assess the financial, operational, legal, and strategic aspects of these opportunities.
- Collect, organize, and analyze relevant data and information to inform financial models, due diligence reports, and strategic assessments.
- Apply various valuation methodologies and precedent transaction analysis to accurately determine the fair value of assets or companies involved in investment and M&A activities.
- Assess the strategic fit between investment opportunities or M&A targets and the organization's overall goals, growth plans, and long-term vision to ensure that these opportunities align with the Nesma & Partners' strategic direction and contribute to its success.
- Research and analyze the competitive landscape, market dynamics, and growth opportunities to help Nesma & Partners' stay informed about market conditions, identify potential investment targets, and make well-informed choices that align with their growth objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations into market positioning, potential disruptions, and emerging trends to offer a forward-looking perspective that helps guide investment decisions and M&A strategies.
- Evaluate legal and regulatory considerations associated with investment and M&A activities to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Support with the monitoring of the performance for acquired assets or companies' post-transaction to assess whether outcomes align with initial projections.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and accuracy of analyses.
