I seek an experienced HR and Recruitment Assistant who can efficiently manage the search and application process for consultancy assignments, leveraging a deep understanding of the public health sector and strong administrative capabilities.
Responsibilities:- Strategically search for and identify consultancy opportunities in public health, with a specific focus on communicable diseases, health system strengthening, and program evaluation.
- Manage the application process for consultancy assignments, ensuring customization of CVs and application letters to highlight suitability.
- Handle email communications, coordinate schedules, and organize meetings with potential clients or collaborators.
- Support the preparation of consultancy proposals and related documents.
- Oversee administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency and effective time management.
- Fully remote position with a need for flexibility in working hours to accommodate global time zones.
