1. Basic plumbing

• Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance, including fixing leaks, replacing taps, repairing pipe connections, and unblocking drains.
• Inspect water supply and drainage systems to identify faults and report major issues.
• Support maintenance of toilets, showers, sinks, water tanks, and related fittings.
• Assist in monitoring water systems to ensure proper functionality and hygiene standards.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on plumbing installations.

إجراء إصلاحات وأعمال صيانة السباكة الأساسية، بما في ذلك إصلاح التسريبات، واستبدال الصنابير، وإصلاح وصلات الأنابيب، وتسليك المجاري.

2. Basic construction and building maintenance

• Perform minor construction and repair works such as masonry patching, plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, and door/window repairs.
• Maintain buildings, rooms, fences, roofs, floors, and other structural elements in good condition.
• Support small renovation and installation works as instructed by the supervisor.
• Identify building defects and report repair needs requiring specialized intervention.
• Ensure works are completed safely, neatly, and with minimum disruption to operations.

تنفيذ أعمال البناء والإصلاح البسيطة مثل ترقيع البناء، والمحارة (البياض)، والطلاء، وتركيب البلاط، وأعمال النجارة، وإصلاح الأبواب والنوافذ.

الحفاظ على المباني والغرف والأسيجة والأسقف والأرضيات والعناصر الهيكلية الأخرى في حالة جيدة.

دعم أعمال الترميم والتركيب الصغيرة وفقاً لتوجيهات المشرف.

تحديد عيوب المباني والإبلاغ عن احتياجات الإصلاح التي تتطلب تدخلاً متخصصاً

ضمان إنجاز الأعمال بآمان ونظافة وبأقل قدر من التعطيل لسير العمل

3. Basic energy / electrical maintenance

• Carry out basic electrical maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs, switches, sockets, and other simple fixtures where authorized.
• Assist in checking generators, batteries, inverters, solar systems, or other energy equipment for basic functionality.
• Report electrical faults, overload risks, and equipment failures to the line manager.
• Support preventive maintenance of energy systems according to schedules and safety procedures.

الطاقة الأساسية / الصيانة الكهربائية - 

تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الكهربائية الأساسية مثل استبدال المصابيح، والمفاتيح، والمقابس (المآخذ)، والتجهيزات البسيطة الأخرى حيثما يُسمح بذلك.

المساعدة في فحص المولدات، والبطاريات، والمحولات (Inverters)، وأنظمة الطاقة الشمسية، أو غيرها من معدات الطاقة للتأكد من كفاءتها التشغيلية الأساسية.

الإبلاغ عن الأعطال الكهربائية، ومخاطر أحمال الأحمال الزائدة، وأعطال المعدات إلى المسؤول المباشر.

دعم الصيانة الوقائية لأنظمة الطاقة وفقاً للجداول الزمنية وإجراءات السلامة.

4. Preventive maintenance and inspections

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to detect issues early.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks in line with maintenance plans.
• Keep tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials organized and in good condition.
• Record completed works, used materials, and pending repair needs.

الصيانة الوقائية والفحوصات-  

إجراء فحوصات دورية للمرافق والمعدات لاكتشاف المشكلات مبكراً.

تنفيذ مهام الصيانة الوقائية المجدولة بما يتوافق مع خطط الصيانة.

الحفاظ على تنظيم الأدوات وقطع الغيار ومواد الصيانة وإبقائها في حالة جيدة.

تسجيل الأعمال المكتملة والمواد المستهلكة واحتياجات الإصلاح المعلقة

5. Safety and compliance

• Follow safety procedures when carrying out plumbing, construction, and electrical work.
• Use tools and protective equipment properly.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with internal procedures and basic technical standards.
• Immediately report risks, unsafe conditions, or major repair needs.
