Trainers for Technical & Employability Skills Development

Women Empowerment Organization (WEO), under the Women’s Economic Empowerment Project, implemented in partnership with the SPACE Programme, funded by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and supported by GIZ, is seeking two trainers to deliver technical and employability skills training in Halabja and Dhi Qar.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver two 2-day training sessions for 12–13 participants per session.

* Cover CV writing, interview skills, workplace communication and ethics, interpersonal skills, professional emails, basic computer skills, customer service, working under pressure, and safeguarding.

* Use practical and participatory training methods.

* Prepare training materials, pre/post-tests, evaluation tools, and a final report.

Qualifications:

* Relevant qualification in Education, HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communication, or a related field.

* Experience delivering employability, soft skills, career development, or workforce-readiness training.

* Strong facilitation and communication skills.

* Experience working with women, youth, or job seekers.

* Languages: Halabja: Kurdish & English | Dhi Qar: Arabic & English.
