- Lead the design and implementation of social cohesion activities within the project.
- Promote peaceful coexistence, inclusion, and community engagement among different groups.
- Conduct conflict analysis and identify social tensions and community needs.
- Facilitate dialogue sessions, community meetings, and awareness campaigns.
- Strengthen relationships between communities, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Support capacity-building activities for community groups and project staff.
- Develop strategies to prevent conflict and enhance social stability.
- Monitor project activities and assess the impact on social cohesion.
- Prepare reports, success stories, and technical recommendations.
- Coordinate with NGOs, community leaders, and government institutions.
- Ensure activities are culturally sensitive and gender inclusive.
- Support advocacy, peacebuilding, and community resilience initiatives.
- Contribute to project planning, monitoring, and donor reporting.
