The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID) is an independent, non-profit organization working in development, peacebuilding, and humanitarian response across Iraq.
IID is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented M&E Roving Assistant (Pending Donor Approval) to support data collection, monitoring, and reporting across all project locations in Ninewa. The position requires frequent field visits and close coordination with all project teams.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2–4 years of experience in M&E, data collection, or reporting
Experience working with NGOs or field-based projects
Basic knowledge of M&E tools and frameworks
Experience in data collection tools (Excel, Kobo, ODK, etc.)
Understanding of field monitoring and verification processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational skills
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to travel frequently and work in field conditions
Fluency in Arabic (required)
Basic English skills (preferred)
