The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID) is an independent, non-profit organization working in development, peacebuilding, and humanitarian response across Iraq. IID focuses on supporting vulnerable communities through integrated programs in livelihoods, MHPSS, and social cohesion.
IID is seeking qualified, motivated Case Managers (Pending Donor Approval) to support the delivery of case management services to vulnerable individuals and families. The role focuses on identifying needs, providing support, and ensuring proper referrals to appropriate services.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
3–5 years of experience in case management or MHPSS programs
Experience working with vulnerable populations
Strong understanding of case management processes and tools
Experience in referral systems and service mapping
Knowledge of protection principles and safeguarding
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure
Fluency in Arabic and basic English skills
