Community Leadership Trainer / Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Community Leadership Trainer to deliver practical training aimed at strengthening leadership skills among community members. The trainer will support participants in developing leadership, communication, decision-making, and community engagement skills to enable them to effectively lead initiatives and contribute to sustainable community development.

Minimum 7 years of experience working with NGOs and/or humanitarian or community-based organizations.

Proven experience in community leadership development, civic engagement, or capacity building.

Previous experience in delivering trainings and workshops.

Strong knowledge of participatory approaches and community mobilization methods.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Ability to deliver interactive, practical, and inclusive training sessions.

Excellent writing and drafting skills in Arabic and/or English.
