Main purpose of the job:
Planning and supervising the procurement activities for goods, transport, subcontracted works and ser-vices for the project and capital according to MSF standards and protocols in order to ensure a transparent and efficient procurement and supplier performance

Specific requirements for the role:

Education |
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, certificate in supply chain - Desirable: Technical diploma, in supply chain/procurement or fformal technical training and/or professional certifications in supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CSCP, or equivalent) would be an asset. |

Experience |
- Essential: min. 1 year previous experience in supply chain management, - Desirable: previous experience in procurement and market assessment activities related jobs. - work experience in MSF NGO experience distinct advantage.

Languages |
- Essential: Fluency in English (minimum B2) and Arabic, good commands (verbal & written)
|

Knowledge |
- Essential: Computer literacy (MS Office essential, ERP system experience desirable) |
