Conduct community outreach to promote project goals and mobilize participation.
Identify and register eligible beneficiaries in coordination with community leaders and education staff.
Support the organization of literacy classes, awareness sessions, and school activities.
Facilitate communication between teachers, parents, and community groups to address barriers to education.
Organize community meetings and awareness campaigns on education, inclusion, and child protection.
Assist in data collection, attendance tracking, and reporting of education activities.
Ensure community feedback and complaints are documented and shared with relevant staff.
Support the MEAL team in monitoring and evaluation efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in community mobilization or education projects.
Good understanding of local education challenges and community dynamics.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to travel frequently to field sites.
