Design and deliver training on agriculture, agribusiness, water management, and climate adaptation.
Build capacity of farmers and SMEs, especially women and youth.
Provide technical guidance on sustainable farming and water use.
Collaborate with field teams to implement and monitor project activities.
Develop training materials and document best practices.
Engage local communities and stakeholders for project success.
Support reporting and lessons learned documentation.
Travel regularly within project areas.
Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Climate Change, or a related field; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in training on agriculture, agribusiness practices, water management, and climate change.
Proven track record of implementing projects related to agricultural skills development, entrepreneurship, and water management.
Experience managing or contributing to at least three relevant projects is required.
