Service Agreement

The Basic Enumerator (Service provider) will work closely with livelihoods project team to ensure the implementation of assessments and registration for project activities.

The enumerator will be registered in project database for a period of 1 year and will be called for working for whenever a data collection assessment for the abovementioned project needs to be implemented.

Before the start of each assessment, a half-day (4 hours) training

will be provided for the enumerators on the use of KOBO application and reviewing the assessment questionnaire. Depending on the data collection assessment, the enumerators will collect data either on-field, speaking with beneficiaries in person or in ACTED’s office by phone calling. Enumerators will cooperate with project team in order to administer all activities.

*Note: payment will be based on days worked

سيعمل المحصي الأساسي (مقدم الخدمة) بشكل وثيق مع فريق مشروع سبل العيش لضمان تنفيذ التقييمات والتسجيل لأنشطة المشروع.

سيتم تسجيل المحصي في قاعدة بيانات المشروع لمدة عام واحد وسيتم استدعاؤه للعمل كلما كانت هناك حاجة إلى تنفيذ تقييم لجمع البيانات للمشروع المذكور أعلاه.

قبل بدء كل تقييم، سيتم توفير تدريب لمدة نصف يوم (4 ساعات) للمحصين حول استخدام تطبيق KOBO ومراجعة استبيان التقييم. اعتمادًا على تقييم جمع البيانات، سيجمع المحصون البيانات إما في الميدان أو من خلال التحدث مع المستفيدين شخصيًا أو في مكتب ACTED عن طريق الاتصال الهاتفي. سيتعاون المحصون مع فريق المشروع من أجل إدارة جميع الأنشطة..

Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Specific tasks will include (but not limited to) the following:

• Work closely with the supervising project officer to administer the total number of forms required for the assessment.
• Ensure beneficiaries’ data and responses are correctly filled
• Informing project team of any misinformation/lack of information, complaints or additional feedback from beneficiaries
• Informing project team for any mistakes or lack of detail with the proposed questions or questionnaire.
• Support project team with any other services relating to the assessment that may arise during implementation.
• Follow ACTED’s policies regarding information and data management and protection of beneficiaries.

المسؤوليات والواجبات الأساسية:

سيتضمن المهمات المحددة (لكن غير محدودة) ما يلي:

• العمل بعناية مع موظف المشروع لجمع العدد الاجمالي من النماذج المطلوبة.
• الضمان بأن معلومات و استجابات المستفيد تمتلئ بشكل صحيح في البرنامج.
• ابلاغ فريق المشروع بأي معلومات خاطئة او نقص المعلومات, شكاوي او ملاحظات اضافية من المستفدون
• ابلاغ فريق المشروع والمراقبة بأي اخطاء او نقص تفاصيل في الاسئلة او الاستبيان.
• دعم فريق المشروع بأي خدمات اخرى متعلقة بالتقييم/المشروع التي قد تنشأ خلال تنفيذ المشروع.

متابعة سياسات المنظمة بخصوص الحماية و ادارة معلومات المستفيد

• Experience with using KOBO toolbox application on smartphones
• Fluent in Arabic language – English is a plus
• Experienced/knowledgeable with Food Security and Livelihoods projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak/communicate professionally with beneficiaries and in a polite way.
• NGOs and organizational experience – aware on the general rules and regulations of organization
• Able to adapt within a work environment containing individuals of multiple and various cultural and educational backgrounds.
• Ability to work under pressure and demanding circumstances alone or within a team. Good resistance to stress and workload.
• Available on-call whenever requested
• On time and have positive attitude – respecting colleagues and offering assistance.

• يتكلم اللغة العربية بطلاقة – انكليزي مفضل
• خبرة/معرفة مع مشاريع متعلقةبسبل المعيشة و الأمن الغذائى.
• مهارات تواصل و تعامل جيدة
• القدرة على التحدث/التواصل مع المستفدون بشكل محترف ومحترم
• خبرة مع منظمات. يدرك عن السياسات وقوانين العامة للمنظمات
• القدرة على التكييف في بيئة عمل يحتوي على أفراد من خلفيات ثقافية وتعليمية متعددة ومختلفة
• القدرة على العمل تحت صغط ظروفات مطالبة بمفردة او مع فريق. مقاومة جيدة للتوتر و عبء العمل.
• متوفر على إستعداد كلما طلب
• في الموعد و عنده تصرف ايجابي – يحترم الزملاء و تقديم المساعدة.
