MAIN OBJECTIVE

Under general supervision, the Accountant Treasurer/Cashier Employee is responsible for the verification and execution of all payments in accordance to the organization policies and procedures.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• The Accountant Treasurer/Cashier will be responsible for the execution of daily payments in the central office and on field.
• Ensure that all financial obligations are met in accordance with the policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all documents related to the payments are accurately supported and approved.
• Cash Count and reconciliation on a daily basis, in addition to daily check count.
• Coordination and communication with all the banks.
• Perform daily bank situation and justify discrepancies between bank and Organization books.
• Forecasts, monitors and tracks cash flow and project situation, weekly monthly and quarterly.
• Prepares and Submits Cash reports on a weekly basis.
• Presenting, after the execution of payment, the receipt and all relevant documents to accounting for booking.
• The Accountant Treasurer/Cashier must be willing and able to perform all other job duties and assignments as assigned by management.

Salary Range: 1000-1155 USD net

STUDIES REQUIREMENTS

BA (or equivalent) in accounting.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Accounting, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Confidentiality, Diligence, Financial Software.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication skills
• Capable of working under pressure in a multitasking position.
• Microsoft office Skills, Research Skills, General Math Skills.
