Description
The key responsibilities will have/be
Receive yearly HR plan from business units and shared services departments to understand workforce requirements and establish the recruitment plan accordingly.
Create and implement an effective ta strategy to improve business performance
Develop employee branding strategies
Grow and develop a talent pool to fulfill recruitment needs
Manage screening and behavioural interviews
Enhance recruitment team capabilities and manage learning and development
Follow up with HR on the implementation of the on boarding plan
